This unit provides the interface to the Windows common dialogs library.
The Common Dialog Box Library contains a set of dialog boxes
for performing common tasks, such as opening files and printing documents.
The common dialog boxes provide a uniform user interface that lets users
carry out these common tasks without being forced to learn new techniques
with each application.
