Returns the smaller of two numeric values.

Declaration: 
function Min(A, B: Longint): Longint;
function Min(A, B: Single): Single;

function Min(A, B: Extended): Extended;
Remarks:
Use Min to compare two numeric values. Min returns the smaller value of the two.
