This unit is the communications port interrupt driver for the IBM-PC.
It handles handles all low-level i/o through the serial port. It is
installed by calling Cominstall. It deinstalls itself automatically
when the program exits, or you can deinstall it by calling Comdeinstall.

Lots of source code
Modified on 8/11/92 for procedure names to be better aligned to
function
There seems to be some support for Serial Port with TurboPascal V6.0.
I have tried other shareware and PD packages with little success and
have found IBCOM by Wayne E. Conrad. This package works with
TurboPascal 6.0 with little maintaince from the user.
I have modifed Wayne's code to reflect function and procedure names
that are more inline to what the perform. I have also supplied a
TP6.0 Unit.
If you have any questions or comments or know of other serial port
packages please drop me a line.
I am interested in writting some utilities (for Sale) in Pascal and
looking for a counterpart Programmer to assist in development. If
you are interested, please write
