I created this program in '89 with an old version of
Borland TurboPascal (3.0), so it may sometimes shows the "bugs"
of old age.

 It doesn't pretend to compare itself to Microsoft or Borland
software, I'm not a programmer, I just do that as a hobby during
my free time.

 Anyways, it can be useful for all those who need minimal security
on their own MS-DOS PC, to keep others from reading their texts or
running "private" programs.  I tried this program hundreds of times
and never had troubles.

Anyways, I won't take any responsibility for any loss of data that
may be caused from using it.

The zipped program must contain four files:

READ.ME  (this file)
VSCODE23.PAS (source file)
VSCODE23.COM (executable file with on-line help)
VSCODE23.000 (help overlay)

 This means that you can freely give it to all your friends
or upload it to a BBS, under the conditions that there won't
be any charge for the downloading of it (a fee for general
access to the BBS would be okay).

use Pascal anymore, but "C" language (Microsoft MSC 6.0).
