Instructions to compile:      TPC  ascz2bin.pas , where
                              TPC is a Turbo Pascal command-line compiler
Example to run:               ascz2bin.exe infile.asc outfile.asm 33 yes ,
                              where
                              <infile.asc>  -> input filename
                              <outfile.asc>  -> output filename
                              <33>  -> max. bytes per single ASCIIZ string
                              <yes> -> add file offset for each ASCIIZ string
