Редактор и проигрыватель звуковых образцов (сэмплов)
для спикера и ковокса. Поддерживает сэмплы размером более
640k. Умеет читать WAV и AU файлы и добавлять эффекты:
реверс, эхо, уровень громкости и т.д. Поддерживает мышку.
Написан на встроенном ассемблере.

[May or may not work correctly for WAV case.I haven't test with lots of
them.]
. FAST,all sample handling routines (reverse,echo,volume etc.) are written
in BASM.I don't say that this one is the fastest but it is really
fast.
