Sets the state of Ctrl-Break checking.
Declaration:
procedure SetCBreak(Break: Boolean);
Remarks:
With Ctrl-Break checking enabled, all I/O calls (console, printer,
and communications) are checked. To get Ctrl-Break status, use
GetCBreak.
Win32 target:
SetCBreak do nothing, since this service is not provided by Windows API.
